All I can think about is that our parents didn’t bring us here for them to bury us here… we came here for opportunities, for a better life. But how much better is this truly?! Tired of our hurting parents, tired of losing our babies. To watch them grow and having to carry them on their last moments on earth just ain’t it. Iman and Kori were so behind me when it came to this basketball dream of mine it’s crazy. Every time I see them it’s always “we can’t wait until you make it to the league.” They was so behind me in everything and all I wanted to do was make them proud. For them to see those words came true… Now to know I can’t see them or hear them hurts bad. Such beautiful souls and great young men. I would switch places right now. Just so I can watch what great men y’all would’ve became. God makes no mistakes I guess. But it still feels like it’s a mistake and a dream all at once! Forever and always!
