Dogs being dogs! • I love this sport for a multitude of reasons. • The shape it gets me in. • The mental toughness that it forces you to have. • The relationships you build with each other is priceless. • Everyone respects everyone. • Being a dog means you’re about it whenever and wherever. • You train and prepare for war every damn day. • I love this sport and what it has to offer. • Thank you lord for bringing this sport to me.

What does it mean to be a REAL KING? • Being a KING isn’t a name thats passed down to you from your family. • A KING is someone who serves others. • A KING proves who he is through his actions. • A KING is someone who is respected. • A KING doesn’t lie, cheat, or steal….. • A KING will do what’s right by those around him. • As a KING your duty is to provide for those along side you. • In 2023 anyone can be a KING who does the things above. • Be a provider and source that will allow you to serve others. • Be a MAN of your word. • Everyone wants to be a KING but won’t lead themselves, so how can you lead others? • It’s impossible. It’s starts and ends with YOU! • Always lead by example. • Be a KING in a world that needs more of us.

I love business and fashion… • They both have helped me create traits that are priceless. Things you can’t teach. Only experience can help create these. • Business has made me extremely smart when it comes to decision making. I’ve learned to make quick and decisive decisions. • Business has given fortitude, mental toughness, and the ability to operate at a high level in extremely stressful situations. I can’t and won’t ever be broken. • Business has taught me that most people don’t have YOUR best interests but they expect you to have theirs. • Business has shown highs and lows that most people will never understand. • Lastly business is my life. It’s what I’m good at. I don’t think I can ever stop until I’m dead. It’s my love language! • Fashion….Man is it fun. • Fashion allows you to express who you really are. • Fashion pushes you to get out side of your comfort zone, which most people are petrified to leave their cozy bubble. • Fashion is challenging because you always want to be best dressed. You ALWAYS have to out do yourself. Coming into the New Year I realized I’ve been breaking free of my mental bad habits. • What’s a mental bad habit? • Thinking negative, assuming things with no facts to back it, doubting myself, doubting others, judging someone based on a one sided explanation, etc….. • Your mind is the most powerful super power we as humans will ever have access to. • Two things: 1. Cleanse your mind with breathing exercises and positive content being pushed through. 2. Don’t listen to someone else’s negative bullshit. Protect your peace at all costs. • Having peace internally will allow your mind to navigate freely. Your thoughts or vision will start to unfold. • Once the vision is clear then it’s game time. All you need to is to add some ACTION behind the vision. • A clear mind can make millions and bring you happiness but if not treated properly it can break you. • Change your mental habits and watch the plan unfold.

Blood doesn’t make you family, loyalty does. • From playing hockey as kids to growing a $100,000,000 empire we have remained solid through thick and thin. • I love you and appreciate you. • You’re aren’t only my best friend but my brother. • Let’s keep growing personally and professionally. • Every year is our year.

Can Hockey Season start already? • We had a great run. This year was by far favorite even tho we didn’t win. • I got to create a relationship with someone at the time when I really needed another solid person in life. • We golf, we train, we laugh, we have fun, and most importantly we hold each accountable. • His story is unfavorable and sad but this guy makes the most of everyday, I’m so proud of you. • You’re a pure soul in world filled with fake people. • I love watching your life grow with your beautiful soon be wife. • Till next season.
