How much have I exercised and ate healthy on vacation? The answer is I HAVE NO IDEA. I didn’t keep track. I didn’t care. I made memories and had no time to worry about what I’m eating and how much I’m exercising. Was I worried about losing progress or gaining weight? NO OF COUSE NOT. First of all, nothing will happen in a week. Except maybe gaining some water weight which will go away. Second, I wouldn’t really be on living life if I was worried about that. Third, I trust my body to tell me what it needs nutrition wise and to tell me when it’s hungry/full. Our bodies are smart like that! FYI Arizona is amazing. I literally think it’s a little like Hawaii but in the desert? The views, the hikes, the people all remind me of Hawaii. I did take a little time off from social media but I’m hoping to return soon! I miss yall and making videos :)

THANKFUL FOR YOU! ️ + Thanksgiving reminders :) I’m so happy you get to be apart of my life and I get to be apart of yours! I wanted to take some time to give you a few reminders for when you have your thanksgiving dinner! 1 You will probably be a bit bloated after your meal today! *refer to second picture* THAT IS OKAY! It’s normal! Unbuckle those jeans, wear loose clothing, and know it’s normal and it will go away within the next day or a few days sometimes. 2 If you overeat it’s okay! You might feel a little uncomfortable but the feeling will go away in a couple hours and if you go on the scale (which I’d advise against) please know the scale WILL go up but it will go back down in the next day or in a couple days! It’s completely normal since you’ll likely be eating higher sodium and carb content today and your water weight will go up! There is no reason for you to cut back tomorrow or exercise more! NO NEED. I mean it. 3 Do NOT be scared to eat all the amazing food! EAT! Nothing will happen to you from eating an amazing meal today! Today you’re spending time with your loved ones. Live in the moment and eat any food that you desire. Caring about what you eat will take away from your experiencing today to it’s fullest. The bloat and weight gain will go away but the memories WON’T. I LOVE YOU. ENJOY TODAY ️

time! do this workout w/ me & let me know how it goes! curtsy lunge - 3x8 each side step-ups - 3x8 each side bulgarian splits - 3x8 each side hip thrusts - 3x12 if you’re serious about growing your then make sure you’re eating enough (lots of protein and carbs) & make sure you’re giving it rest! you shouldn’t only be working your glutes 2-3x a week for best results! :) make sure you’re also progressively overloading as your technique gets better and your body is able to handle the workouts easier. go up in weight, sets, reps, change up the tempo, or have less rest time. basically just make the workouts harder for yourself as you get better! HAVE FUN!

gym shy? i used to be too so here’s some things that helped me not be shy at the gym anymore :) 1. no one cares about you at the gym! seriously! everyone is too busy focusing on them & checking themselves out! i can speak from experience hehe 2. go when it’s less busy. look up on google or call the gym and ask. when it’s less busy, you may feel more comfortable being there 3. go at the same time each day so you can see familiar faces 4. go to the gym before starting to familiarize yourself with the equipment and the layout of the gym. i always do this before starting at a gym so I can get an idea of what exercises to use in my workouts and so I’m not trying to figure out how to use a machine for 10 mins in the middle of my workout 5. pick a corner and do your workout. grab some dumbbells and you’re set. i used to do this when i first started cause i was shy to do my workouts in front of everyone once you start going, you’ll realize it’s not that bad! people there are friendly and wanna see you succeed (most people anyways lol) you got this bestie! gyms are not as scary as they seem once you start going! much love xo
