Sugar free Almond vanilla brittle ☀️☀️☀️ • • • 1 cup of sliced almonds 1/2 cup golden monk fruit 1/4 cup vegan butter 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract • • • Cookie sheet with parchment • • • Mix the Monk fruit and butter and vanilla extract altogether in a sauce pan continuously stir until it reaches 300°F on a candy thermometer… You are looking for the color to go from tan to brown to know that it’s done… Once it reaches 300°F mix almonds in and then pour the brittle onto the parchment cookie sheet....
