I usually have my projects lined up for a few months in advance and then sometimes a drawing will pop into the mix. This drawing of Milo Cyrus @milo_country was one such drawing. Been a long time coming but I’m happy to say, my web page is now, published. Still a fair bit of work to do on it and I’ll get around to that in time. It covers pretty much most of the time I’ve been using the pencils, however it also includes some other media pieces. It may end up being my main source for posting new work and interacting as I’m finding it so frustrating with censorship guidelines on a couple of the main social media platforms. Please be patient in regards to me responding, to enquiries or comments as I now have to head out of town for a few days. I hope you enjoy the site and I’ll be interested in knowing peoples responses. I also hope everyone has a great weekend.

To me this is about the rainbow warrior looking out to the future and what lies ahead. We've come a long way, but there is obviously a long way to go. I feel for the brothers and sisters who are struggling to exist in their own countries to live a life without fear and persecution. With the end of 'Pride' month drawing nearer, it's certainly not a time to say, 'that's it', the struggle goes on, the celebration goes on. I often pay a little silent homage to those who've sacrificed, been sacrificed, been arrested, imprisoned, stuck their heads out, taken brave steps and risks, all in the name of wanting to be accepted for being who we are, love who we want and to live a life purely of acceptance. Although my individual path has been relatively easy, I never take my situation for granted.
