With a week to go to our big summer portfolio wine tasting it’s time to highlight some of the wines and domaines that will be represented on the tasting tables. First up are the Bourgogne wines. We will present the new vintage from domaines François Gaunoux, Claudie Jobard, La Tour Saint Hilaire, Truchetet, Jean Fournier, Florence Cholet, Domaine Dupré, Pierre Boisson and more. New in portfolio is Domaine de la Roche Aiguë from Auxey-Duresses. After having tasted some cuvées in @restaurantlepisode lepisode I was convinced this domaine would be a good additiion to our portfolio as they present excellent QPR! Also very recently added to our portfolio is the new revelation in Bourgogne, Domaine Briotet-d’Aprigny. They have just released their first wine, Cote de Beaune ‘les Mosnières’ 2023 and we were among the first to taste it. Susanna’s family has owned the vineyards of i Fabbri since the 1600s, and Susanna has moved the winery into the 21st century with organic viticulture.
