If you haven’t been to Australia…go. Like, right now. Okay so, it’s just impossible to put up “The best photos” from this Australia trip. Impossible. The amount of stuff I saw and the things I did during this trip were incredible. I dragged my feet on going to Australia for years because of the distance. (it is very far). But, once I got there, the country shut my mouth very quickly. I’ve traveled to many places all over the world in the past nine years. I know this may be controversial to my friends all over the world, but I do believe that this was the best trip that I’ve ever been on. It’s beautiful, everyone I met was lovely, the government takes care of their people and as a result most everyone is happy. It’s also the cleanest place I’ve ever been to. I also want to thank my friend, Mark. He took three weeks off to show me around, to ensure that I saw lots of things WA had to offer. We experienced beautiful beaches, hung out with Kangaroos, Koalas, wombats. We biked Rottnest Island and met Quokkas, engaged with stingrays. We hiked mountains, stayed in cabins the bush, went to wineries, took a treetop walk, went caving, experienced small local towns down south, saw The Pinnacles Desert. We had great quality time together, laughs, jokes, and hearts to hearts. I honestly did not want to come home. I’m fortunate to have amazing people I care about all over the world who are happy to show me their countries and cities. Mark, thank you for making this the best trip I’ve ever been on thus far. Thank you for being great, and for being you. Also, thank you for being my best friend. I love you. ❤️

I’m so lucky to live so close to a place this beautiful. It’s even more special when my bestie from Amsterdam comes to visit me as well. 44. ? It’s giving serious daddy vibes. I’m so grateful for all the people in my life who love me. Trust me, I love you way more. I’m in a place now where the sun shines most of the year and somewhere that I can finally call “home” after such a long time on the road. I’ve traveled extensively out of the country over the past 10yrs for fun, which has changed my life immensely. The people and experiences I’ve picked up along the way have been incredible. London, Germany, Austria and The Netherlands. Highly recommend. I’m so glad I’ve picked up so many amazing people on my travels over the year. Those people are now who I consider family. Attention all current and future clients: I will be out of the country August 17th - September 4th. There's a running joke with my colleagues: "The moment right before the pilot tells you to turn your phone off, you'll get a call from a client wanting to purchase a property. Believe me, it’s gonna happen.” ? When this happens, it's no problem at all. If you are in need to real estate assistance while I'm away, let me assure you that you will be well taken care of in my absence. I'm fortunate enough to have a wonderful team of agents who I work with regularly and they will be on the ground locally. They will be able to show properties, be present for inspections, etc. I will be able to do negotiations and paperwork from abroad. Rest assured, your real estate needs will be handled in a proper and timely manner. I love Palm Springs, but I'm looking forward to taking a break from the summer heat. It will be hot in Europe, but not Palm Springs hot. I've been to over 10 countries in the world, but I always come back to Europe. I resonate with Europe so much. It's culture, the people and the food keep me coming back for more. I return every year to my "second home". I usually travel alone, which if you haven't done, I highly recommend. Traveling solo allows you to get out of your comfort zone, and be more receptive to other people and experiences. I'm fortunate enough to have picked up friends all over the world during my travels. So many, in fact, that when I return to Europe, I pay for no hotels because my friends want me to stay with them. I've watched my friend's children grow up, and I'm so grateful to have "family" in so many countries. To me, nothing beats sitting at a cafe in Europe with a glass of rosé, a charcuterie board, and watching the people walk by. It's one of my favorite pastimes. For this trip, I will be in London, Brighton, Munich, Ingolstadt, Austria(haven't decided where yet), and Amsterdam. International travel has become a part of me and something I just HAVE to do. So, bring on the pints! And, remember, I'm still available if you need me.

Although I was not made in LA, I consider it my second home. I spent my formative years there, in West Hollywood to be exact. I went to all the parties, danced until the wee hours, and soaked in all the things LA has to offer. And although I haven’t lived there in six years, I feel like I’m always there. I have friends who I consider family there who I love, and I still have lots of ties there. But the traffic tho. Sweet baby Jesus, the traffic!! Since I moved to Palm Springs, my home, I still get to visit LA as much as I want since it’s only two hours away. I get to visit, have a great time, see my friends and get the fk back home where I can sleep at night. ? Despite how crazy Los Angeles is, I do still love it…from afar. LA…we still good, babe. ❤️
