For anyone following along, this is what 38 can look like. Grounded, committed, respected, accomplished, still (even more) driven, admired and loved. And from a front row seat I can tell you honestly there’s no secret. It’s effort, day in and day out, waking up and choosing effort. Much harder in practice and not always pretty but ALWAYS worth it.
