Honestly, when I heard the news, my heart broke into pieces.. Rhode Island’s BIGGEST GEM of a Judge has passed from pancreatic cancer. @therealfrankcaprio was so extremely GENUINE and lived his life making a real difference.. His influence made a difference in so many ways.. he restored faith in the court systems on not just a local, but a NATIONAL level. A literal gift of a human being on this earth..
