Adding 1 scoop of Garden of Life Grass-Fed Collagen delivers 10g of Collagen Peptides.  Paloma Collagen Mocktail Makes 1–2 servings Ingredients: ½ cup pure grapefruit juice (or juice of 1 grapefruit) 2 tbsp agave 2 tbsp lime juice (or juice of 1 small lime) 1 scoop Garden of Life Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides Ice Sparkling water (to top) For the Rim: Salt Lime zest Garnish: Grapefruit slice Directions: Rim your glass by running a lime slice along the edge, then dipping it into a mix of salt and lime zest. In a cocktail shaker, combine grapefruit juice, agave, lime juice, collagen powder, and ice. Shake well until the mixture is chilled. Fill a lowball glass (or highball for a larger serving) with fresh ice. Strain the shaken mixture over ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and enjoy!

?? On a day filled with love, let’s create a treat, Cherry Lime Collagen Gummies, oh so sweet!! ?? #gardenoflife #grassfedcollagen Recipe makes approx. 20-24 gummies Ingredients: 1 cup tart cherry juice Zest & juice of ½ lime 1½ tbsp agave 1 tsp vanilla extract 15g (about 1½ tbsp) grass-fed gelatin 2 scoops Garden of Life Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides Directions: Whisk together cherry juice, lime zest & juice, agave, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for 2 minutes (do not stir yet). Turn heat to low-medium and gently whisk until the gelatin starts dissolving. Do not let the mixture boil! Add collagen powder and continue whisking slowly until fully dissolved and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before straining into gummy moulds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until fully set. Carefully remove from moulds and store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to enjoy. Vegan Alternative: Swap gelatin for 2 tsp agar agar (a ½ to ⅓ substitute for gelatin). Bring the mixture to a simmer before adding agar agar at the last moment. Stir well, then quickly pour into moulds, as it sets faster than gelatin. Refrigerate as usual before enjoying!

Makes 2 servings Ingredients Base: 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, ground into flour 3/4 cup cottage cheese 2 scoops Garden of Life Raw Organic Chocolate Protein Powder 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1.5 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 cup almond milk 1 tsp salt Toppings: 1 cup pitted black cherries, roughly chopped Crushed graham crackers Whipped topping Directions Prepare the Base: In a blender or food processor, combine ground oats, cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined. Adjust Consistency: If the mixture is too thick for your liking, add a little more almond milk until the desired consistency is reached. (Keep in mind, the consistency will thicken overnight!) Refrigerate: Pour the blended mixture into a storage container. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the base to thicken. Assemble the Cups: In the morning (or once set), layer the thickened chocolate cheesecake base with chopped cherries, a dollop of whipped topping, and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers in serving cups or bowls.
