In your honest opinion what does divine feminine mean to you? ?? ?? The internet is filled with information and data & it’s up to YOU to discern what is fact & fiction. This is something that you develop over time. Through the years of being on here, I have questioned what IS a “divine feminine” archetype…. The embodiment NOT just what the memes and public figures are saying or the books written by others. What does it mean somatically in MY BEING to be a “divine feminine” ? I’ve sat with this for years on my journey. All the posts about “you must date to be challenged & to grow” BLAH BLAH started to get into my head! You must.. you must .. you must .. you should… you can only achieve .. blah blah rabble rabble ? ? ? ?. I actually call BULL $H*T! I’m pretty independent. Doesn’t mean that’s the “right way”, but it’s exhausting barely seeing it as even an option. I have many accomplishments in my life & not once did a receive any because I “was this way or that”. It’s my authenticity, my resiliency, my courage, my drive, and my love that radiates & it’s my DIVINE FEMININE. My wild & wonderful WOMBAN that feels the spectrum of emotions & rides the ? with the tools ?️ learned through lived experience, sweat, ?, and tears ?. In short, don’t listen to the internet. You can accomplish anything you want. You can grow & be challenged in community, not just through $.3xu@l experiences. You can experience healthy & still choose solidarity. Two wrongs don’t make a right. ? When does the hate in the world stop? When do we stop and take a breath before we react to the first thing on our screens? When do we use reflection to shine circumstances back onto our own realities? When do we start treating humans as the fully divine beings that they are - operating with the FULL SPECTRUM of emotions? When do we start sharing relatable stories when someone is vulnerable verses shaming someone from living a different reality than our own? When do we soften as a society and show compassion over judgment ? To be human is to be consciously aware of your active participation on planet earth. To use the full spectrum of emotions to alchemize and transmute energies. To practice self-mastery through lessons. To deepen your emotional intelligence. To be human is to express authentically and unapologetically. To dance, sing, play, and experience pure joy and peace. Being human is messy. It’s not always rainbows and butterflies. As humans, we were programmed to behave, respond, act, and express in a “particular way”. It’s our responsibilities to actively break all of this programs down and to re-script what we want our reality to look like. It’s our responsibility to be active participants in our journeys. 2018-2022 was my years of “breaking old programs”. It way the first time I tried sacred medicine intentionally & it shattered my entire reality as I knew it. Nothing made sense. It was messy. Bumpy. Wild. And even wonderful. I was brave during it. It got dark. It got messy. It got scary. It even broke me down to my lowest moments. But, I’m an alchemist. I understand that I could sit in depression about the details of my reality from 3 years old to date, or I could transmute that energy into passion, into community projects, into art, into teaching experiences, and into justice. @littlereddayspa put a target on my back last week & as a women living with CPTSD & Anxiety, the last week has ROCKED MY NERVOUS SYSTEM. It stripped me to my core. I’ll be alchemizing this pain into a documentary on cyber bullying & the impact on mental health. Have you ever made a mistake???

Hi, I’m Amanda Marie and I am putting my sword ?️ down. As an active participant on my healing & recovery journey, I have noticed where my old patterns are re surfacing as I try to defend myself. I noticed those old patterns & programming of “seeking revenge” as I reflect on my own actions. That behavior is not justice. Yes, I seek justice. In 2010 I took my passion for justice and went to @westvirginiau to study Forensics, Criminology, and Sociology and HOW our systems around the world could develop to bring justice for all. However, my actions in response to @littlereddayspa public announcement about me, was filled with hurt and revenge. That is not who I am at my core. That is not justice, not for me, not for anyone. I acknowledge that. I acknowledge that my participation could have been differently with more discernment. I acknowledge that what I said in the heat of the moment in 2022 was 100000% wrong. I’m WITH YOU on that! However, that one isolated incident, doesn’t define who I am. I am willing to have conversations with anyone willing to meet me with an open heart so that I can continue to learn & grow from this. Thank you all for this. As painful as it has been, THANK YOU for being one of my many teachers on this journey of life. I have acknowledged that my trauma responses and my lack of discernment when expressing, is giving people the ability to think that I cannot change. However, I ask that you please provide grace as I am still learning. I seriously wouldn’t be where I am today without all of the therapist, support, and wellness team that have been there with me through this DV journey back to my authentic self. Honestly, I wouldn’t be where I am today without the protagonist in that chapter of my story. My reality has completely shifted for the better. I believe everything happens for a reason and that life doesn’t happen to you, it happens for you. ✨ Hard pill ? to swallow when you have a hefty tr@uma timeline and lost so many people, but since I started my m!cr0d0se protocols (thank you @schedule35_ ) everything just …. makes sense. My anxiety is at a minimum. My ocd anxieties are barely there. I can re direct a thought in under 2 minutes to prevent spiraling. ? The list of benefits goes on and on. But, it wasn’t JUST the sacred m*dic!ne, but a combination with therapy, certified peer support specialists, and a wellness team of holistic practitioners. I took all this ? show + the many other chapters of life that followed the same “theme” and I decided to re-create my reality. I dived into my own wellness and healing journey and had the blessing of learning with and from some really incredible and gifted souls in time and space the last SEVEN YEARS and WOW I have a lot to share with YOU!
